• SCHOOL STORE BUYER / BUSINESS MANAGER
Event Mementos, Incorporated, a Pennsylvania Licensed Corporation will act as the Buyer/ Business Manager for each school store.
Event Mementos, Inc will supply ALL imprinted and embroidered merchandise at wholesale prices. All athletic uniforms and equipment, as well as activities special orders and any order outside of the school store will be quoted at wholesale prices. Candy, stationery and non-logo items will be purchased from wholesale distributors. These accounts will be established in the name of the school.
Event Mementos, Inc will supervise school store personnel and be responsible for merchandising and promoting sales thus keeping the inventory current.
We will manage an e-commerce program for all purchases made through school website and be responsible for handling and shipping all mail orders.

We continue to support education through our volume “Cash Back Rebate” program on the purchases of Theology, English vocabulary, and elective text books through Event Mementos, Inc. Event Mementos, Inc. goals of supplying gym uniforms is to offer fair and reasonable prices to the parents, offer convenience and NO HASSLE buying for parents and school staff, realize a modest profit for the Principal to utilize for the benefit of the school community.
• SPIRITWEAR PROGRAM
Event Mementos, Inc, goals of supplying a spirit wear program to the schools is to create funds for the school, enable online product purchases via credit or debit cards, manage a streamlined process to capture all transactions with detailed reporting, provide an email marketing tool for special sales and create a link to accept donations.
